As you know my brother has been in Iraq since last summer- that sucks.
He was able to get leave to come home for Christmas – good thing.
He was supposed to be home the middle of last week but there were not enough spots on the planes to bring him home – that sucks.
He could have seen his favorite team (the Dolphins) play in KC, but he was sitting in Kuwait waiting for that spot on the plane (we won’t tell him that it was 10 degrees with 20 MPH wind gusts) – that sucks.
He finally got a spot on a plane – good thing.
But the worst part of this whole thing, he has a lay-over in Ireland and he can’t go get a beer. Now that really sucks.

As much as it seems like a good idea, blowing out a candle with canned air is highly discouraged. I am not saying that I know this from personal experience by making a mess all over my desk at home (keyboard and mouse included). But this is something I want folks to know, wax will go all over the place.

Amy and Randy are leaving Kansas City. They will be missed. But to make things right they will be buying a house close to the lake so we all can visit and hang out.
And for the record, ‘WWRD’ stands for ‘What Will Randy Do?’

I must have had something bad to eat last night, too bad I did not have anything to drink. I kept dreaming that someone was in my house. I kept trying to find them by sneaking into rooms. I even ran down stairs and into a sub-basement that I don’t have in reality. Anyway, this morning I feel as if I have a bad hang hover.

Here is bit about my and the cat’s adventure at the vet last week.
I barely get down the road after dropping the cats off at the vet when I get a call from the vet. He tells me that everything is OK. But something is odd about Diane. Diane is a he. “Very interesting! Daine never told me that he was a boy”, I say. Let’s just say that Jack put him to shame. So now I got to boy cats.
After thinking about a name change, I have come up with Jack and Daniel. But I don’t even like whisky but I think it works.
